Refund policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Contact us at restoremysoulorganic@gmail.com for recommendations on alternative products or to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, email us at restoremysoulorganic@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or damage during transit. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at restoremysoulorganic@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.  If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us at restoremysoulorganic@gmail.com.
