Shipping policy

Shipping Locations: We ship to the 50 contiguous United States.

Order Processing: To ensure the highest quality, we craft small batches. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 4-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery times.

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items: If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we’ll ship available items immediately. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will ship as soon as they’re ready, at no additional shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order: Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text (if a mobile number is provided) with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your package’s journey. For orders with multiple items, items may ship separately, but no extra shipping fees will apply. Allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update. Tracking numbers are provided by USPS or UPS; we do not control tracking or deliver packages.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Due to our fast processing, there’s a limited window to correct errors. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at restoremysoulorganic@gmail.com. We are not responsible for replacing orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
